Pastor’s Column

In this weekend’s Gospel, our Lord Jesus speaks to us about the power of prayer. He teaches us the Our Father and then goes on to speak to us about the power of persistence in our relationship with God. He tells us that we are called to persevere in seeking God in prayer and that God always deals with us generously. We have a God who is concerned about our daily lives. He wants us to turn to Him in the midst of our struggles and challenges. May we always accept this invitation from our God and turn to Him who always hears and answers our prayers.
