Drop in Meeting Place – An announcement has been in the church bulletin asking for input on interest in this project. No one responded to express interest in helping to finance, build or volunteer their time. Therefore this project will be dropped from discussion at this time.

St. Stephen 150th Anniversary – The Diocesan Archive Department has asked for an item to place in a display celebrating the Church Anniversary. Brittney Penrose will contact church members for suggestions.

Journey Song Books have been replaced. Signups to receive the books, no longer needed, have been completed and the books are available on the tables for those who signed up for them. The remaining books will be donated.

Maple Fest Italian Dinner – There was no response to the bulletin announcement to chair a committee to plan and implement the dinner. Therefore our church will not sponsor a dinner during the Maple Festival. It is hoped that such a dinner could be held later in the Season.

Parish Council Minutes – It has been suggested that the minutes be posted at our church locations rather than be printed and included in the bulletin each month. The approved minutes will be posted for the previous month’s meeting. The February minutes are posted in each church. This is being done to save paper and protect our environment.
