This is a reminder that the Post-DMI webinars will begin tomorrow, June 17.  Thank you to those that have already registered.

Please see the information below on how to register for the Three different webinars that will you hep to unpack the your DMI results so that you can develop a pastoral plan. The DMI reporting portal will open on 6/26/2025.

Dear Pastors and Primary Points of Contact,

Thank you for your commitment to promoting and encouraging your parishioners to take part in the Disciple Maker Index (DMI) program.  As a whole, the Diocese had about a 30% response rate! The next step is to learn how to view your parish DMI survey results and how to use those results in support of your parish now and in the future.   

We wanted to provide you with some support in accessing and reviewing your parishioner feedback.  To accomplish that, we will be offering series of webinars beginning the week of June 17rd.  Each Webinar in the series will review a different topic to help you understand your parish feedback and discern actions.  To get the most out of the series, please register for all three.  

Below are some key points about this webinar series, so please read this carefully and completely:

  • There are 3 webinars and each will be offered 3 different dates/times to accommodate different schedules. 
  • You need only register for one date/time for each of the three webinars.
    • The webinars usually last between 75-90 minutes depending on the question and answer period. 
  • Each webinar will be recorded. If you register, you will automatically receive the recording whether you attend or not.  
  • These webinars are open to everyone. You are welcome to share this invitation with any of your staff or key parish leaders (council members, ministry leaders, etc.). 
  • The DMI Reports will be opened in the portal after all the webinars in the first series are completed (June 26, 2025).
  • Once the results are open, only the Pastor, Primary Point of Contact, and whomever else you add in the portal can access the results. 

Below is the schedule for the webinars and the corresponding registration links. 

Again, please register for only one session of each webinar series. Even if you cannot attend, registering will ensure you receive the recording. 

Webinar #1 (3 options – you only need to attend one) – Accessing Your Results: This webinar will focus on accessing and reviewing your results. What to look for, how to interpret feedback correctly, tips and resources for reviewing the information.

Webinar #2 (3 options – you only need to attend one) -  Common Challenges and Opportunities: This webinar will focus on key areas of challenge and opportunity across parishes throughout the country and showcase some common examples of parish strategies that have made a difference.

Webinar #3 (3 options – you only need to attend one) – Discerning Actions:This webinar will focus on how to turn your feedback into some actionable next steps.
