Brothers and Sisters:
First of all, a huge thank you to all who attended our combined parish picnic last weekend and especially to all those who did so much to plan, set up, and clean up and donated time and product, and talent to make it so joyful and successful. Hopefully, we can do more together in the future.
Secondly, we kick off our Annual Hope Appeal today, to do our fair share in support of the diocesan ministries that depend on the support of the entire diocesan community. Many of you have already been contacted by mail and we will be providing envelopes in the pews for your use in contributing until we meet our goal. I am sure all of us will do what we can to make this year a successful campaign.
Know that I am very grateful for all of you, for your generosity of time and treasure; but most of all for your holiness. I’m so glad to be a part of our parish families!
