In this weekendโ€™s Gospel, Jesus tells us that He is the vine and that we are the branches. We are called to live our lives connected to our Lord Jesus. It is the Holy Spirit that unites us with our Lord Jesus. The Holy Spirit is the lifeblood that keeps us connected to our Lord Jesus and to one another. Let us take some time this week to thank our Lord Jesus for His Spirit living within us and ask Him to help us stay connected to Him and one another.

It is hard to believe that next Sunday our young people will be receiving the Lord Jesus for the first time in Holy Communion. This is always a special day for our young people, their families, and our parish family. I would like to thank everyone who has supported our young people and prepared them for this special day. Let us keep our young people in prayer this week as they prepare for their big day!

HAVE A GREAT WEEK!
