a. As a result of our discussion of the article “What is a Vibrant Parish”, it was discussed that we could possibly rearrange announcements so that there is more room to include evangelization/ Faith Formation things.
b. This will be discussed further as to what could be changed and who would write/include the evangelization information.

a. Peg reported that she did write a letter to the person who wrote with concerns and also met with the individual.
b. In anticipation of our discussion/decision at our April meeting we have decided to present a short questionnaire to the parishioners to get more feedback on a variety of topics which will include questions about the bulletin and the reading of prayer intentions.
