The Binghamton Garden Club is offering this scholarship in the amount of $10,000 to a graduating senior in a Broome County high school. The selected senior must major in a university undergraduate program in horticulture, environmental studies, botany, landscape architecture, biology (not pre-med) or other directly related fields. The award is not just a one-year award, but has the potential of multiple years if all the requirements are met. Interested applicants should contact their school guidance counselor.
