Old Business approval of the minutes from 9-11-23

Maintenance

St Stephen’s parking lot has recently had neighborhood children gathering for skateboarding etc. Is there liability if someone gets hurt Are signs or security cameras necessary Is there a way that this could be turned into a religious activity Bill will look into getting some appropriate signs to be mounted

St Patrick’s needs a new transmitter for the hearing aids to be functional. Tom will look into this.

OLPH cross needs to remounted

Food PantryClothing Bank light needs replacing

New Business

We welcome Joanne Livermore and Sharon Contstantino from OLPH as our new parish council members

Church envelope situation should be corrected, priests will also announce reminder for online giving opportunities

Cortland County Health Department approached St Stephens to host tabling event for Oct.Nov. Parish Council decided that this would be more appropriate for the local Civics center to host

Upcoming services All Saints Day Mass 6pm, Penance Service 12-11-23,Christmas Mass schedule 4 PM Christmas Eve WP, 10 AM Marathon, 12 noon OLPH

Ongoing discussion about local priest shortage, possibility of a seasonal mass schedule, possibility of OLPH as an oratory, scheduling another listening session for parishioners
